SAFETY RULES
     ANSI or Snell-approved safety helmets
           MUST be worn at all times when riding.
     Riders must abide by all traffic laws.
     Ride numbers MUST be worn at all times while on the course.
COSTS
     Pre-registration $30.00 through March 16
     After March 13 $35.00
     Mail must be postmarked no later than March 13
     Online registration closes midnight March 16
